Do you ship internationally?

At inūra, every order is handled with care — from our studio in Richmond Hill, Ontario — and packed with the same intention that goes into our formulations. We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your package has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches or promotional periods.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada – 2 to 7 business days

  • U.S. – 4 to 8 business days

  • International – 10 to 20 business days

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders (including shipments to the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They will be charged to the customer by the carrier and typically are notified via email prior to delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure every order arrives safely and on time, inūra is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email us at support@inura.ca within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
